Mo’s tip: This recipe makes two snack portions.
These are high fibre waffles.
ALLERGENS: Gluten, egg, milk
Ingredients
- 22g Eggs
- 23g Ultra fine fiberflour - LONJEVITY
- 20g Double cream
Instructions
- You will also need 1g BARKAT baking powder, ½ teaspoon of liquid sweetener and 20 mls of water.
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Heat waffle iron and cook for approximately 4 minutes.
- Serve with JOSEPH’S sugar free maple syrup or sugar free syrup of your choice.
